Everyone has a different tolerance for how much THC they can handle. We always recommend starting off slow and low by using at least 1/4 of the serving suggested on the product. This could be as little as 2mg of Delta 9 and 5mg of Delta 8 as a starting point. You can always add more milligrams when you personally know that you can handle more than your previous serving. We also recommend that you wait at least 2 hours before choosing to add more THC to your initial serving.
